The Body Manifesto (2019)

I now commit to loving, honoring, embracing and fulfilling the needs of my own body.

I commit to recognizing the messages she is sending me.

I commit to feeding her with the very best physical and spiritual nourishment.

I commit to feeding her with intellectual stimulation and fresh fruits and veggies.

I commit to surrounding her with people that bring emotional peace and the highest highs of friendship, love, and happiness.

I pledge companionship that raises her up to new levels of existence. I pledge to be that companion and similarly surround her with those kinds of companions.

I pledge to treat her as my most treasured soulmate. I pledge to speak to her with love and honesty and respect. She will not be judged any longer. I pledge to unravel quiet patterns of subconscious negative thinking and judgement.

I pledge to think of her as a sacred being in my care.

I pledge to raise my standards to secure for her the highest possible standard of care.

I pledge to feed her with art and plenty of delicious opportunities to create.

I pledge to listen to and follow all of her requests for learning.

I commit to her sexual pleasure and full freedom of physical enjoyment.

I embrace her love of dance and performance.

I embrace the voice that comes from within no matter the external costs of speaking up.

I speak her truth boldly and fearlessly.

I pause to reconnect to her silent, eternal wisdom.

I sit in meditation in the most silent chambers of her heart.

I move forwards fearlessly in pursuit of what she wants, who she wants to become, and what she is worth.

I continue to honor my ancestors through honoring her.

I maintain crystal-clear channels of communication with her in all moments of aliveness.
